Ms. Ishani Vaidya

Ms. Ishani Vaidya is associated with Asian Law College as an Assistant Professor of Law. She has pursued B.A.LL.B. (Hons.) from UILS (HPU) and LL.M from HPNLU. She is currently pursuing her Ph.D from Faculty of Legal Science at HPU, specializing in constitutional and labor laws. She has contributed significantly to legal literature with several publications in national and international books and journals. Her expertise is further highlighted by a book chapter in a publication by Taylor and Francis. Being a proactive participant in the legal discourse, she has presented and attended various international conferences and seminars, workshops and Faculty Development Programs.
