Mr. Mohd Tauheed Khan is an Assistant Professor at Asian Law College. He completed his Bachelors in Law, B.A. LL.B (HONS.) from Aligarh Muslim University and Masters in Law, LLM (HONS.) from Uttrakhand Technical University, Dehradun. To broaden his horizon on complex issues of Intellectual Property Rights and Criminal Laws he has submitted PhD in Faculty of Law, Aligarh Muslim University in 2023. He has credit for being the ICCSR Fellow for the research work in Doctoral studies (PhD). He has 3 Books on Intellectual Property Right and Criminal Law in his name. He has valuable experience of writing, presenting and publishing various research papers, articles and abstracts. He has experience of working as a researcher on 2 projects of ICSSR, Delhi and 1 project of NCW, Delhi. His interest in academics is evident from the fact that he has undertaken teaching assignments simultaneously with various workshops and conferences related to Law, Research Methodology and interdisciplinary subjects.
