Dr. Mohd Tauheed Khan is an Assistant Professor of Law at Asian Law College. He has completed his Bachelors in Law, B.A. LL.B (HONS.) from Aligarh Muslim University and Masters in Law, LL. M (HONS.) from Uttrakhand Technical University, Dehradun. He earned his doctoral degree from the Faculty of Law at Aligarh Muslim University, specializing in Intellectual Property Rights and Criminal Laws, to deepen his understanding of these complex legal fields. He has credit for being the ICCSR Fellow for the research work in Doctoral studies (PhD). He has 3 Books on Intellectual Property Right and Criminal Law in his name. He has valuable experience of writing, presenting and publishing various research papers, articles and abstracts. He has experience of working as a researcher on 2 projects of ICSSR, Delhi and 1 project of NCW, Delhi. His interest in academics is evident from the fact that he has undertaken teaching assignments simultaneously with various workshops and conferences related to Law, Research Methodology and interdisciplinary subjects.
