Asian Law College, Noida organized the Legal Lecture Series, on October 9th, 2024 for the students of B.A. LL.B. 2020 and 2021 batches and LL.B. 2022 and 2023 Batches on the topic of “Navigating the Legal Documentation of Private Equity and Venture Capital Deals in India”, featuring Mr. Vivek Kumar Jha, Partner, Fox Mandal Solicitors and Associates as a keynote speaker. The lecture aimed to delve into the intricacies of the Legal Documentation of Private Equity and Venture Capital Deals.
The session commenced with a warm welcome from Mr. Pawan Yadav HOD, Corporate Resource Cell, extending gratitude to the esteemed speaker, Mr. Vivek Kumar Jha. The lecture was structured to provide a comprehensive understanding of the legal framework governing Venture Capital and Private equity deals, with a focus on steps, procedures and mandates required for the documentation of venture capital and private equity deals.
