Ms. Ankita Kaushik is an Assistant Professor of Law at Asian Law College. Presently, she is pursuing Ph.D. in law from G. D. Goenka University, Sohna, Gurugram. She has completed her LL.M. degree from Raffles University, Neemrana specializing in Constitution and Administration Law. She has completed Bachelor’s in Law (LL.B.) from Vivekananda Institute of Professional Studies, affiliated to Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi. With extensive practical experience in handling court matters, she effectively blends her hands-on expertise with her academic lecturing skills. Her research papers has been published in various national and international journals, showcasing her contributions to the field. Additionally, she has actively participated in numerous webinars, workshops, and faculty development programs organized by reputable institutions including the International Conference conducted by the Bar Association of India.
