Mr. Ashish Rai is working as an Assistant Professor of Law at Asian Law College. He is an accomplished legal professional having an experience of over a decade in the legal industry, ranging from the government sector to litigation and academics. He is pursuing Ph.D in law from the Faculty of Law, University of Delhi. He pursued LL.B and LL.M from the Faculty of Law, University of Delhi and has qualified the UGC NET in law thrice. He has worked in the government sector as a Judicial Assistant at the Office of District & Sessions Judge, Delhi. Thereafter, he practiced law at the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi, various District & Sessions Courts, National Green Tribunal and the Debt Recovery Tribunal. His area of interest includes corporate laws and cyber laws.
