Dr. Smriti Raturi Sharma is an Assistant Professor at Asian Law College. She has pursued her Bachelor’s degree in Law and has two Master’s degrees with a specialization in Human Rights and International Law. She also holds two Post-Graduate Diplomas, with specialization in Human Rights Law and Environmental Laws. Ms. Sharma advanced her academic pursuits by earning her PhD in the field of Child Rights. Ms. Sharma has written extensively on Children’s Rights, Women’s Rights, Surrogacy, Juvenile Justice, Gender Mainstreaming, and Environmental Laws. She has won various awards during her academic journey and also been a part of various Faculty Development Programs, Summer and Winter Schools in prestigious institutions in and around the world.
