Dr. Mohd Khalid currently serves as a Professor of Law at Asian Law College in Noida. He completed his doctoral research on “Workers’ Participation in Management: A Comparative Study of India and the U.S.A.” at Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh, India. Holding degrees in Master of Social Work with a specialization in Human Resource Management, he secured the first position with gold medal in the university during LL.M. studies focused on Labor Laws. Dr. Khalid, qualified UGC – NET in Law held in June 2002, boasts over 20 years of experience in corporate and academic realms. He has affiliations with esteemed governmental and non-governmental organizations, and his research emphasizes Labor Law Reforms, International Law, and the Politics of Intervention. Dr. Khalid is an accomplished author with several books and articles to his credit. Additionally, he has received training in Quality Management System and Occupational Health Safety Assessment Series. His international engagements include visits and participation in deliberations in the State of Qatar, United Arab Emirates, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and Republic of Turkiye.
