Ms. Saumya Yadav

Ms. Saumya Yadav is an Assistant Professor of Law at Asian Law College with specialisation in Constitutional and Administrative Law. She holds a B.A. LL.B. from Banasthali Vidyapith and an LL.M. in Constitutional and Administrative Law. She is presently pursuing her PhD with a focus on “Sexual Harassment Laws at Workplace with Special Reference to the Unorganised Sector.” She has published several research papers in UGC Care-listed journals. She has participated in multiple seminars and conferences and was recently conferred the “Best Paper Award” at an International Conference for her work on gender justice and workplace equality. She has also completed certificate courses in Legal Drafting and Surrogacy Laws. Her teaching and research interests include Constitutional Governance, Public Law Reforms, Criminal Law, Human Rights, Administrative Justice, and Women’s Rights. She remains committed to advancing legal scholarship and fostering a dynamic, inclusive learning environment.
