Ms. Gaurika Sharma is currently associated as an Assistant Professor of Law at Asian Law College. She has pursued B.A. LL.B from Mumbai University and Masters of Law from Narsee Monji Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai. Currently, she is pursuing her PhD from Shri Venkateshwara University, Uttar Pradesh. Her specialization is in ‘Intellectual Property Rights’. Ms. Sharma has worked as an in-house legal executive in Tips Films and Music Industries where she actively contributed in drafting agreements with music composers and artists along with negotiations in business deals. She has presented research papers in various national and international conferences and has also attended a number of webinars, conferences, and faculty development programs.
