Asian Law College, Noida organized an expert talk on the topic “Introduction to Business Laws of Poland” on 17th January, 2024 by Dr. Judyta Latymowicz, a distinguished legal professional recognized among Forbes’ Top 25 Women Lawyers in Business, 2023 and the first-ranked Rising Star Lawyer in 2022. Currently, serving as the Partner and Head of India Desk at Legally.Smart, Dr. Latymowicz boasts extensive expertise in civil and commercial laws, particularly in contract law and issues related to the introduction of new products into the market with expertise in drafting contracts. The session was graced with the august presence of Dr. Sandeep Marwah, Chairman-Asian Education Group (AEG) and Dr. Lalitya Vir Srivastava, Director-Asian Education Group (AEG), Prof. (Dr.) Saleem Akhtar, Director-Academic Advisory Board, Asian Law College, Mr. Ashish Bhardawaj, Assistant Dean-Asian Law College and the faculty members.
