Ms. Harsha Sharma is currently associated with Asian Law College as an Assistant Professor of Law. She embarked on her academic journey with B.A. LL.B at Savitribai Phule, Pune University. She successfully completed her LL.M. from National Law University, Jodhpur, and qualified UGC-NET. She specializes in corporate laws, her expertise encompasses areas such as competition law, company law, investment, taxation, and corporate governance. Ms. Sharma has actively participated in various National Moot Court competitions such as Surana and Surana National Insolvency and Bankruptcy Law Moot Court Competition and National Moot Court Competition organized by Symbiosis, School of Law, Hyderabad. She has also presented papers at various conferences.
