Ms. Ayushi Gupta is associated with Asian Law College as an Assistant Professor of Law. She has pursued her LL.B. (Hons.) From Banaras Hindu University and earned her Master’s in Law (LL.M.) from Mahatma Gandhi Kashi Vidyapeeth with specialization in Criminal Law & Justice. She has also qualified UGC-NET and is presently pursuing her Ph.D. in Cyber Victimology from Lucknow University. Her research areas are mainly Criminal law, Constitutional law, Cyber Law and Contemporary Legal Issues. She has presented research papers in various national and international seminars and published her research papers in reputed national journals. She has working experience as Assistant Professor of Law at Lords Universal College of Law affiliated to Mumbai University where she prominently contributed in designing and delivering lectures for Certificate Course on Legal Literacy. Her passion for overall student development drove her to associate with the Department of Life-Long Learning and Extension for Mumbai University and conducted training programs and webinars for guiding students for surveys on social issues. She is also associated with the MyLawman Legal Community website as Associate Editor and Reviewer for My Lawman Socio-Legal Journal.
