Mr. Rudra Roshan

Mr. Rudra Roshan is an Assistant Professor of Law and Ph.D. Scholar at Amity University, Raipur. He holds a B.A. LL.B.(Hons.) from New Law College, Pune, and an LL.M. from Amity University, Raipur, passed with first division, with UGC-NET qualification at 97.2 percentile. His research focuses on constitutional law, human rights, and emerging legal issues, with publications in reputed journals including the NLUO Human Rights Law Journal and Indian Journal of Law and Legal Research. He has authored several works during his three years of practice requirement in judicial appointments on legal issues such as Article 368, Same-sex marriage, and Constitutional Morality. In recognition of his expertise, he has served as a judge in several National Moot Court competitions and was selected as a Court Clerk-cum-Research Assistant at the Supreme Court of India in 2021. He is also on the editorial board of the Avalon Journal of Law and is part of the Expert member panel of ClassMax Legal blog. He actively mentors students in legal research and moot court practice.
