
Mr. Kunwar Ibne Danish is an Assistant Professor of Law at Asian Law College, specialising in Criminal Law, Family Law, and Constitutional Law. He holds an LL.M. in Criminal Law from Shobhit University, Meerut, and is pursuing a PhD in Law from Aligarh Muslim University. His academic and research interests focus on Criminology, Victimology, Restorative Justice, and the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) 2023. He has qualified the UGC-NET (Law) four times and received Minority and MET Fellowships for academic excellence. Mr. Danish has presented and published several papers in reputed national and international journals, including Shodh Sanchar Bulletin and Shodh Sarita, on subjects such as Preventive Detention, Artificial Intelligence in Law, and Criminal Justice Reforms. In addition to his academic contributions, he has also contributed to the Association for the Protection of Civil Rights (APCR) and served as a legal advisor in the private sector. Committed to ethical and practice-oriented legal education, Mr. Danish blends theoretical insight with practical application to prepare students for the evolving landscape of Indian law.
