Art of Trial Advocacy and Access to Justice

Asian Law College organized the Guest Lecture on ‘Art of Trial Advocacy And Access To Justice’ on 25-05-2022. The session was a lifetime learning for the students and the faculty members of Asian Law College.

The learned advocate, Mr. Tanveer Ahmed Mir shared his real and lifetime practical experiences with the students covering the various dimensions of litigation, court craft, life as a criminal lawyer, drafting, researching, and much more. The session was conducted by him in such an impressive manner that all the attendees of the event were all engrossed into it. He shared his immense knowledge on the various provisions of Criminal Law including Cr.P.C., IPC, and Evidence Act, and all the provisions upon which he spoke were so well versed to him, that ultimately showed his great command upon the criminal law and why he is counted amongst the top most criminal defence lawyers. He greatly emphasized and discussed the Art of Trial Advocacy and also suggested to students that learning and conducting trials is an essential part of advocacy which one must go through being an advocate. Students also asked their respective questions and accordingly they were impressively answered by the learned advocate, Mr. Tanveer Ahmend Mir.

The session started in the afternoon and concluded in the evening with the beautiful remarks made by the learned advocate, Mr. Tanveer accompanied with suggestions for the upcoming future generation of lawyers.

It was an impactful session conducted by the resource person of the event, the learned advocate, Mr. Tanveer Ahmed Mir. Students gained a lot from the pool of knowledge shared by him about the topic of the session i.e., Art of Trial Advocacy And Access to Justice. His experiences, guidance, and suggestions became a lifetime asset for the students which they will be definitely carry forward in their lives professionally. And the session was beautifully and impressively conducted and concluded with golden suggestions and advice given by the learned advocate, Mr. Tanveer Ahmed Mir.
