Ms. Ishita Rathor

Ms. Ishita Rathor is presently associated with Asian Law College as an Assistant Professor of Law. She pursued B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) and subsequently completed her L.L.M. with a specialization in Constitutional and Administrative Law from Teerthanker Mahaveer University. She has qualified UGC-NET (Law). In 2022, she interned with the National Human Rights Commission of India, where her group research project was awarded 3rd Prize. She has actively participated in several moot court competitions, including national and international levels, and was conferred the Best Mooter Award in 2019. Additionally, she secured 1st Rank in a National Quiz on the IPC in 2020 and won the 2nd Prize in an Intra-College Book Review Competition in 2022. Her areas of expertise include Constitutional Law, Contract Law, Hindu Law, and Environmental Law.
