Ms. Swastika Pandey

Ms. Swastika Pandey is an Assistant Professor of Law at Asian Law College. She completed her B.B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) from Maharaj Vinayak Global University, Jaipur, securing a gold medal in her graduation. She pursued her LL.M. from West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences, Kolkata, with a specialization in International and Comparative Law. She has qualified UGC-NET thrice in 2022, 2023, and 2024, respectively. She has published research papers in reputed national and international journals and has co-authored book chapters on legal transformation. She is also the co-editor of the book “Voices of Resilience: Women’s Rights in India’s Legal Tapestry.” She has presented papers at various national and international conferences and attended numerous webinars, workshops, and faculty development programs organized by reputable law institutions. Her areas of interest include Public International Law, Constitutional Law, Criminal Law, and Intellectual Property Rights.
