Ms. Neha Handa Malhotra is presently associated with Asian Law College as Assistant Professor of law. She has completed LL. B (HONS.) from Lucknow University and LL.M from Kurukshetra University with specialization in corporate laws. She has a deep knowledge of civil, criminal, and consumer laws and has litigated and worked with law firms too. She has attended various seminars and conferences, has been awarded a certificate of appreciation for judging intra-moot courts of universities, and has also received a certificate of appreciation for chairing the session of the International Seminar. She has actively participated in webinars and Faculty Development Programs organized by various institutions and has contributed to research and publication work in leading journals. Currently, she has successfully pre-submitted her Ph.D. thesis.
