Mr. Shivam Jaiswal

Mr. Shivam Jaiswal is associated with the Asian Law College as Assistant Professor of History. He did his B.A. (Hons.) in History from Shaheed Bhagat Singh College, University of Delhi. He has pursued M.A. History from Ramjas College, University of Delhi with the area of specialization in Medieval History. He has cleared UGC-NET-JRF in history. He is presently pursuing Ph.D. in the field of Maratha Historiography form Banasthali University. His areas of interest are economic and subaltern history, along with gender politics. He has also researched for the Ministry of Culture (GoI), under their initiative- Aazadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav- where the lives of unsung heroes of Indian Independence struggle are being looked into.
