The third day of the Orientation Program commenced with an inspiring Campus Connect session by Dr. Lalitya Vir Srivastava, Director- AEG, motivating the students to pursue excellence and holistic growth. The esteemed Director emphasized the need to be professional and posed thought-provoking questions about the goals of students entering the legal profession and how they can ensure the enhancement of their employability. The discussion evolved into an insightful explanation by the respected Director Sir’s on the distinctions between skill, ability, and talent, and how a student transforms into an employable professional. The session concluded with the introduction of students to the academic and administrative teams at ALC.
This was inclusive of the introduction of various departments, including Examination and Department of Student Welfare (DSW) presented by Mr. Ashish Bhardawaj, Associate Dean, ALC, and Mr. Shivam Jaiswal, Programme Convener, along with introductions to the CSD team and the academic team.
The second session of the day showcased the much-anticipated “Talent Hunt Competition 2025,” designed to discover and celebrate the diverse talents among students of the new batch. The event was graced by Chief Guest and Judge Ms. Nandini Gupta, Femina Miss India World 2023, whose presence added glamour and inspiration to the occasion. The competition witnessed enthusiastic participation from students who displayed remarkable talent across various categories. After a spirited contest, Mr. Karan Sharma of the LL.B. 2025 batch emerged victorious and was felicitated with an Apple Smart Watch and a glittering trophy in recognition of his outstanding performance.
The three-day Orientation Programme culminated with a formal vote of thanks, expressing heartfelt gratitude to the distinguished dignitaries, esteemed faculty members, administrative staff, and enthusiastic students for their active participation and invaluable contributions to the event’s resounding success. The programme proved to be a perfect blend of inspiration, learning, and engagement, setting a robust foundation for the incoming students.
