
Mr. Naman Shukla is a legal scholar and administrator currently serving as Head of Department and Assistant Professor of Law at Asian Law College. He has over six years of academic experience in legal education, research, and academic administration. He is currently pursuing a PhD focusing on the regulation of digital currency in India and holds an LL.M. in Corporate and Financial Law. His academic interests lie in corporate and financial law, digital currency and blockchain regulation, competition law, mergers and acquisitions, and emerging regulatory frameworks. He has published extensively in peer-reviewed and UGC-CARE-listed journals and has contributed chapters to edited volumes addressing digital law, cryptocurrency regulation, and contemporary legal challenges. His research work has received recognition at national and international platforms, including awards for Best Researcher, Best Paper Presenter, and top-ranking distinctions in specialised diploma programmes. He has also been the recipient of fellowships and academic honours for excellence in legal research and pedagogy. In addition to research, he is actively engaged in curriculum development, academic governance, and student mentorship. His work reflects a strong commitment to research-led teaching, academic quality assurance, and institutional growth.
