
Dr. Seema Saini is an Assistant Professor of Law at Asian Law College. She is a graduate with a B.A. (Hons.) in History from the University of Delhi. She has completed her LL.B. from Maharshi Dayanand University, Rohtak, LL.M. from the Indian Law Institute, New Delhi, and PhD from IILM Gurugram. She has also completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Labour Laws from the Indian Law Institute. She has 12 years of experience in litigation before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court & District Courts. She has expertise in handling both civil and criminal cases. She has worked for various firms as an In-House Counsel. She has also worked as a Law Researcher to Hon’ble Mr Justice A.K. Pathak at the Delhi High Court. As an academician, she has authored and published various papers in reputed journals and UGC-CARE-listed journals. She has presented various papers at national and international conferences. She has adjudged various moot court competitions, writ petition competitions, and research paper writing competitions. Additionally, she has worked as a Research Assistant on a funded project by the Indian Council of Social Science Research. Her area of research spans Labour Laws, Human Rights, and Criminal Laws.
