
Ms. Tanusha Pithauria is associated with Asian Law College as an Assistant Professor of Law. She holds B.A. LL..B (Hons.) degree from Vivekananda Institute of Professional Studies (GGSIPU), and LL.M in Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) from Amity University. She is also UGC NET qualified. Additionally, she has completed Postgraduate Diploma in Cyber Security and Data Protection Law from NALSAR Hyderabad and a certification in Cyber Laws from the Indian Law Institute, New Delhi. Her research focuses on the intersection of law, IPR, technology, and its social impact, and her work has been published in UGC CARE-listed journals which she has presented at international conferences. She specializes in Intellectual Property Law and Cyber Law and has guided students’ research on a wide range of topics, including IPR, LGBTQ+, and women’s rights. She holds decent academic experience of teaching in various reputed universities.
