The Asian Law College, Noida, hosted a Workshop on “How to Crack the All India Bar Examination” under the patronage of Alumni Association, on 15th November, 2024. The event brought together students from B.A.LL.B 2019, 2020, 2021, and LL.B 2022-2023, esteemed faculty members, and distinguished alumni.
The workshop commenced with warm welcomes from Assistant Dean Mr. Ashish Bhardawaj, Program Chair LL.B. Mr. Amit Nagar, Program Chair B.A.LL.B. Ms. Divyasha Dubey, and Assistant Professor & Faculty Incharge of Alumni Association Ms. Navdeep Kaur. In the opening address the dignitaries laid stress upon the importance of alumni connections in bridging theoretical and practical legal education, urging students to leverage alumni insights for AIBE preparation. They also highlighted challenges in AIBE, and the need of strategies such as focused study, time management, and consistent practice and also expressed gratitude to alumni for their contributions in guiding and inspiring future legal professionals.
The event was graced by the presence of distinguished alumni Adv. Yash Indoria, Adv. Mahima Sharma, and Adv. Sangeeta, who shared their valuable insights and strategies for excelling in the AIBE. Adv. Mahima Sharma provided an insightful introduction to the AIBE and its syllabus, emphasizing its significance for legal practice in India. She discussed the purpose of the exam, recent changes, and effective strategies for studying key subjects such as the Contract Act, Special Relief Act, Property Laws, Negotiable Instruments, Family Law, Administrative Law, and Professional Ethics. Adv. Sangeeta guided attendees on AIBE, highlighting eligibility criteria, crucial instructions for completing each section, and preparation tips for BNS, BSA, ADR, and Public Interest Litigation. Adv. Yash Indoria shared practical advice on preparing for subjects like BNSS, Company Law, Cyber Law, and Taxation, focusing on time management and study techniques to optimize success. Together, their guidance provided attendees with a comprehensive approach to mastering the AIBE.
In recognition of their contributions, the alumni were felicitated with mementos as a token of appreciation. The event concluded with a vote of thanks by Ms. Ayushi Gupta, Assistant Professor of Law, and expressing gratitude to all attendees. The workshop was a resounding success, fostering a strong bond between the college and its alumni, while inspiring students to excel in their legal careers.
