Mr. Abhijit Chanda is presently working as an Assistant Professor of Law at Asian Law College. He is pursuing Ph.D. in Child Rights Protection from Sharda University. He has completed B.A.LL.B (Hons.) from the Department of Law, University of Calcutta (Hazra Campus). He has pursued his LL.M. in Corporate and Commercial Law from Sharda University and has been awarded Merit Certificate for securing Second rank. His area of interest lies in Women and Child Centric Laws. He has completed a Value-Added Course on “Mediation Theory & Practice” from Sharda University. He has experience in working with Law Firms and the National Human Right Organization in the domain of International Law, Real Estate Law, Consumer Law, Company Law, and Protection of Women and Child Rights. He has experience in academics as well as in litigation. He has presented various research papers in National and International seminars and also published papers in reputed Journals.
