Ms. Twinkle Hussain

Ms. Twinkle Hussain is presently serving as Assistant Professor of Law and Convener – Academics at Asian Law College, Noida. She also has a supervisory role in the Moot Court Committee. She completed her B.A. LL.B. from CCSU and pursued her LL.M. in Family Law from Jamia Millia Islamia. She is presently pursuing her Ph.D. in Forensic Science and Law. With active involvement in litigation in both civil and criminal matters, she has also carved a niche in legal academia. An accomplished mooter herself, she was adjudged Best Student Advocate in a National Moot Court Competition. She has been consistently invited to judge a wide range of prestigious moot court and alternative dispute resolution competitions, including the Philip C. Jessup International Moot Court Competition (India and Russia Rounds), IBA ICC Moot Court Competition (India and Global Rounds), Brown Mosten Client Counselling Competition (India Rounds), S.K. Mishra International Mediation and Negotiation Competition, FDI Arbitration Moot (South Asia and Shenzhen Rounds), and APCAM International Metaverse Arbitration Moot, among others. She has also served as a resource person and keynote speaker in various forums and conferences, contributing to the academic and skill-based development of law students. Ms. Hussain has presented her research at leading conferences hosted by institutions such as the Indian Law Institute (ILI), NLU Delhi, Christ University, WBNUJS, and more. Her areas of research include judicial infrastructure, victim compensation, digital forensics, climate justice, social security, and LGBTQ+ rights. She has numerous publications to her credit in Scopus-indexed, UGC-CARE-listed, and other UGC-recognised national and international journals. Her recent work, published by Cambridge University Press, further reflects her sustained commitment to scholarly excellence and legal reform.
