Out of all the participants, only seven students reached the set benchmark to qualify for the finale, based on the breadth and impact of the social work they had undertaken throughout the year.

The event was accorded extraordinary distinction by the presence of the Chief Guest and Judge, Dr. Arunachalam Muruganantham, Inventor and Founder-CEO of Jayashree Industries celebrated as the Real Padman of India and honoured with the Padma Shri, whose remarkable life's work in championing menstrual hygiene for rural women has earned him global recognition and enduring admiration. The programme commenced with compelling presentations by the seven finalists, each eloquently and passionately articulating their noteworthy contributions toward driving meaningful social change. The themes presented spanned a broad and impactful spectrum of social causes, including women's empowerment, education for the underprivileged, sanitation drives, slum teaching, community healthcare, support in garbage-burning zones, and aid for stray animals, reflecting the depth of commitment and originality with which the finalists had approached their respective initiatives throughout the year.

After a comprehensive and rigorous evaluation, Varisha Rehman from the B.A.LL.B. 2023 Batch was crowned the "Social Change-Maker Champion of the Year 2024–25." She was honoured with a Social Grant of ₹1,00,000, a Shield, and a prestigious digital and web presence in recognition of her outstanding social contributions. In a further gesture of exceptional generosity and conviction, the Chief Guest, Dr. Arunachalam Muruganantham- The Padman, announced personal support for two student-led initiatives during the event, declaring resource assistance worth ₹1,00,000 to Furqan Ali for the production of face masks, and support valued at ₹5,00,000 to Thangjam Mancy Chanu for the implementation of her proposed aid project — a testament to the power of youth-led social responsibility and the enduring spirit of compassionate action.
