The development of a society across social, economic, and political spheres is fundamentally dependent upon the policies formulated by the government.


Accordingly, there exists a clear and evident interface between Public Policy and Law. This B.A. LL.B. course has therefore been designed in alignment with the evolving socio-economic conditions of our society. The curriculum is grounded in new developments arising in the aftermath of globalization and liberalization, which have collectively resulted in the evolution of market forces. A multifaceted and integrated perspective is the true hallmark of this program, the primary purpose of which is to provide a comprehensive knowledge base to law students.

To be Eligible in B.A. LL.B.

ALC
The student should have passed senior secondary school examination or an examination equivalent thereto, securing not less than 45% (40% in the case of SC/ST U.P. Domicile) in aggregate.
ALC
The students should be appearing or have appeared for the annual examinations in March/April of the current academic year.
Note:
  • The afore-mentioned rules are subject to the guidelines issued by CCS University and Bar Council of India.
  • The College reserves the right to cancel the admission of any student in accordance with the rules and regulations.
  • Students who fail to clear the qualifying examination (ALCAT) will not be considered eligible for admission in this course.

Duration of the Course

The duration of the course of B.A.LL.B. shall be a period of Five Academic Years. Each year is divided into two semesters.
