The Moot Court Committee, in collaboration with the Pro Bono Club at Asian Law College (ALC), successfully organized the 2nd edition of the "Judgment Analysis Competition 2.0" on 16th October, 2025. The competition was designed to enhance students' analytical and advocacy skills, encouraging them to critically examine judicial reasoning and its constitutional implications.

The preliminary rounds, held on 14th October, 2025, witnessed enthusiastic participation from 38 students, who presented comprehensive analyses of selected judgments. Their presentations focused on the facts, issues, ratio decidendi, societal impact, and their own critical interpretations. Based on their performance, five participants were shortlisted for the final round.

The final round was conducted on 16th October, 2025, in the Moot Court Hall, where finalists delivered outstanding presentations before an esteemed panel comprising Prof. Shri P. N. Parashar, Retired Judge, District Court, and Prof. Dr. Md. Khalid, Professor, ALC. The panel evaluated participants on clarity, depth of research, articulation, and legal reasoning.

After an impressive display of legal scholarship, Ahmad Faaras from B.A.LL.B. 2024-29 Batch was declared the Best Judgment Analyst, while Naina Sahai from B.A.LL.B. 2021-26 Batch secured the Runner-Up position. As a token of appreciation, the winner was awarded a trophy, a certificate of merit, and a mini Bare Act of the Constitution of India.

The competition effectively achieved its objective of promoting constitutional literacy and analytical thinking, serving as a fitting tribute to the spirit of the Constitution while reaffirming ALC's commitment to nurturing skilled and thoughtful legal professionals. The active participation of students, the insightful contributions of the judges, and the dedicated efforts of the organizing team collectively ensured the event's resounding success.
