The day began with an interactive session where students had the opportunity to connect with various departments, deans, and faculty members. The session opened with a formal address by Dr. Lalitya Vir Srivastava, who extended a warm welcome to the students and provided an overview of the institution’s vision and mission. Dr. Lalitya Vir Srivastava introduced several key departments essential to the student experience, including the Examination Cell, Center for Skill Development (CSD), and the Department of Student Welfare (DSW). In addition, sir introduced Assistant Dean, Mr. Ashish Bhardwaj, as well as Ms. Navdeep Kaur, Assistant Professor & convener of Examination Cell, who joined the session via video call from the University of Cape Town, emphasizing the global perspective of the institution. The faculty members then took the stage, formally introducing themselves and sharing their individual professional journeys, which allowed students to get to know their educators beyond the classroom. Each faculty member spoke passionately about their roles and responsibilities, while also explaining the purpose, aims, and objectives of the various clubs and cells. This gave students a clear understanding of the extracurricular opportunities available and how they could contribute to their personal and professional development.

Following this interactive session, the second session of the day was dedicated to the highly anticipated “Talent Hunt Competition”.
