ALC Interdisciplinary Journal of Law is a socio legal & peer reviewed research journal published by Asian Law College, Noida. Research at ALC aims at the advancement and dissemination of knowledge to revolutionize legal education through modern pedagogies, thereby adapting to the changing world in which law professionals operate. ALC publishes a bi-annual peer reviewed journal –ALC Interdisciplinary Journal of Law. The journal contains well-researched articles in diverse fields written by eminent academicians & professionals across the globe. The journal publishes scholarly articles and commentaries on various aspects of law contributed by jurists, practitioners, law professors and students. The primary aim of this journal is to provide an insight into the various contemporary and current issues of law to the readers. Contribution to this journal provides an opportunity for the authors to take an in-depth study in specific areas of the law and enhances their skills in legal research writings and analysis.

Objective and Purpose

1. To encourage exchange of ideas, concepts and their applicability and promote problem-solving capabilities at an international platform.
2. To disseminate new knowledge and legal developments for the benefit of everyone ranging from the academic and professional research communities to legal practitioners in a vast range of area in legal sector.
3. To provide an open forum to publish original high quality research papers in the different areas of Law such as Business Law, Corporate Law, Intellectual Property Law, Constitutional Law, Environmental Law, Cyber Law & other Laws in an interdisciplinary approach.
4. To examine current and emerging issues and their related Laws and how these are shaping to suit the current scenario.
5. Journal is interdisciplinary in nature and seeks to explore the insights to be gained from economics, political science, philosophy, anthropology, and other disciplines as well.
