B.A.LL.B. and LL.B. follow a semester system with two semesters every year. The Asian Law College is affiliated to Chaudhary Charan Singh University and the examinations are held as per the examination schedule of the University and are usually held in the month of May and December. The college also conducts rigorous Internal Examinations once for every semester. To write the examination, students must maintain an average attendance of 75% in all the subjects. The internal question papers are being framed with the help of Blooms’ Taxonomy to match the Course Objectives (CO’s) of each course with Programme Objectives (PO’s) of each programme

Apart from the Chaudhary Charan Singh University curriculum, the college also provides additional diploma courses in the field of Cyber Law, Media and Entertainment Law, Corporate Legal Responsibility and Intellectual Property Rights. The examinations for the above-mentioned diplomas are conducted by the Examination Department of the College. The students also have to maintain a good PAS (Professional Assessment Score) for Internal Evaluation and good internship opportunities. Internal Examination is of one the criteria to evaluate the PAS Score.
